American Green Technology introduces the unique, patented AGT’s Arcalux® Health Risk Management System for the healthcare industry. The HRMS uses UVC, differential pressure, filtration, purification, and dilution, to simultaneously and unobtrusively neutralize 99.7% of pathogens (including bacteria, viruses and fungi) 24/7/365 at room level requiring only simple, annual maintenance. Employing the CDC’s recommended hierarchy of controls, the HRMS eliminates pathogens at the source to enhance patient outcomes, and significantly reduce administrative, clinical, and operational costs.

The HRMS unobtrusively increases patient outcomes, reduces operational costs, saves energy and, most importantly, helps to save patients’ lives. Room-level purification utilizes the patented Arcalux® Smart Fixture™ lighting system to irradiate with optimal zonal ventilation and re-circulate air to every corner of the room. A single HRMS fixture will purify the air in a 10’ x 10’ room, with 8’ ceilings, once every 16 minutes (that’s almost 4 times an hour).

Four Lines of Defense

Pressure - Differential Pressure creates a directional airflow to isolate contaminants in the UVC radiation chamber. Adequate duration and intensity of the UVC achieves up to 97% kill rate in a single pass.

Filtration - A Merv 6 filter removes large dust particles to ensure optimal performance of the fans, UVC lamp, and optics. Contaminants pass through the filter to the radiation chamber.

Purification - Continuous, 24/7 operation cleans the air up to 4 times per hour. The HRMS is clinically proven to 99.7% effective in neutralizing nosocomial pathogens.

Dilution - Continuous purified air changes are crucial to reducing HAI risks. Pathogens are attacked at the source, silently, effectively, and continuously to reduce HAI’s.
